The very first year of the Word of Life Bible Institute began 25 years ago in 1994. And this September we had our 26th opening weekend, with about 60 students from 15+ countries. We are privileged to have these young men and women with us! It has been a great start, with a great team dedicated to making this year one of learning, personal growth, and ministry for our students!
We also had our yearly Open Air Evangelism, where our staff and students go to the streets of Budapest to share the Gospel. Please pray for those that heard the Gospel, that they may consider the things they heard, and make a decision to trust Christ. Also please pray for our students and staff, that we might make a habit of sharing the Gospel with those we meet. And for the 2 teams that will be going out every week to continue this work!
Please pray for our Solid Foundation Scholarship Fund.
This year we have 21 Hungarians – more than we have had in the past few years! We are very excited about this! However, a significant portion of their tuition is covered by our Scholarship Fund, which was created for the purpose of lowering the financial obstacles for Hungarians who want to spend a year or two studying the Word of God.
