We’re Official!

During the first week of November, Lili, Joshua, and I spent a few days at a Word of Life campus near Berlin, Germany for the annual European MIT (Missionaries in Training). Those attending the conference were young people and families who wish to serve long-term with Word of Life in different countries. The candidates were interviewed by some Word of Life leadership, and I can happily say that all (including us) were accepted as full-time/long-term/career missionaries with Word of Life!

Naturally, we came here with the intention of staying long-term, and WOL Hungary was on board with this idea from the start, but it is now “official.” We look forward to seeing how God will be able to use us in the years to come.
In the meantime, the Christmas break is upon us, and in a few days our students will be leaving for about a month. Some will be traveling, some will be going home to family and friends. Please pray for them, as not all will be going home to easy situations. Pray for safe travels and that our students would be good testimonies to their loved ones, and that they would be able to maintain the growth they have experienced here.
