Loving the Summer

Dear Friends,

This summer was one of the best summers for sure. We were able to spend a significant amount of quality time together as a family.

Our girls went to 1-1 week of camp at WOL, I was a unit leader during one of the weeks and Amy was translating for several weeks. Our American church sent a team for the last week of camps and we had the privilege of spending some days with them, showing them a little bit of Budapest, Gödöllő, and Tóalmás (the town we live in). It was amazing to see them again and to meet one of them for the first time (she wasn’t attending the church when we lived there). They were all a big blessing to us in more ways than we can count.

The kids and us enjoy playing card games, board games, and doing puzzles together. We have a lot of games and the kids learn fast how to play them. We are so glad they are getting older, because Chris and I found that it’s hard to find a game that is for two people. 🙂

Chris and I are doing really well, enjoying a lot more time together than we were used to when he was working full-time. We are able to start the day with a Bible study together, which is always a lot of fun. I love discussing theology with him. 🙂

School starts September 1, and while I am not looking forward to them going back to school, the girls are happy they get to see their classmates again. 🙂

Please keep us in your prayers as we try to figure out what’s next for us and as we hope to do everything to His glory.

We are grateful for you!
