Dear Friends,
Chris had some time off the end of August, so we went to several places with the kids to enjoy some family time together. It was really nice to be together after a very busy summer (and anticipating an even busier fall).
September 1st, our girls started a new school year. It was Haley’s first day of school in first grade, and Amy’s first day in 4th grade. Both of our boys are home with me this year, so no one is bored. 🙂
Amy really missed her friends and teachers at school, so she is super happy she can be back at school. Haley is getting used to the idea of school. I think she will love it, but she misses us a lot during the day.
Joshua plays so well with JJ (yes, Jonathan has yet another new nick name :D), and Joshua is able to play more and more games with me as well. He is a smart little boy.
Chris is working day and night to make sure the Bible Institute starts as smoothly as possible. He will have some wonderful news in our next ministry update. God is very good!
We are still getting used to the new regulations in schools due to COVID, and getting used to both of the girls going to school and having only the boys here at home in the mornings, but I am so glad we can go through all these changes knowing that God is in control!
